How we handle your information.
This policy explains what we collect when you use the MaqLabs enquiry form, why we collect it, and your choices. Last updated 16 June 2026.

What we collect
- Details you give us in the enquiry form — your name, company, role, email, phone, city, and your answers about the product you need.
- Campaign & usage data — if you reached us via an ad or link, the campaign parameters (e.g. utm_source, gclid), the page you landed on, and the site that referred you, so we know which channel an enquiry came from.
- Analytics & advertising cookies — only if you accept them on the cookie banner. These help us measure traffic and the performance of our Google and LinkedIn ads.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss how we can help.
- To understand which products and campaigns generate interest, and to improve them.
- To measure and optimise our advertising (only with your cookie consent).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use trusted processors to run the service:
- Netlify — hosts the form and stores submissions.
- Google (Analytics & Ads) and LinkedIn — measurement and advertising, used only after you accept cookies.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry submissions for as long as needed to act on them and for our legitimate business records, then delete them on request. Analytics data follows each provider's standard retention.
Your choices & rights
You can decline analytics/advertising cookies on the banner. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing mohit@maqlabs.com. We handle such requests in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where applicable, the GDPR.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
